This morning July 6 in the morning the girl at the counter really nice service make people feel like they are having Coffe at home

It's a Mikey D's so the food was as expected (that was a compliment). The seating inside was limited AND could use some IMPROVEMENT, functional yes but it wasn't very nice. However you could order at the counter or on one of their 4 kiosk set ups (or off your phone). The Kiosk option was kind of cool.

Great customer service, food came pretty quickly, food tasted good and the parking lot has lots of space for parking

Your order will almost always be wrong here. Or missing something. But who doesnt want MCD Fries.

How is something in Greenwich this bad you thi know money would buy better service but the people here not only don't speak English very well but can't even make an order when the establishment is empty. I walked out on food I had already paid for because the service took so long; "fast food"

Didn't get any better than last year.I ordered 2 happy meals.....As usual i chose 2 small milkshakes as the drinks but the girl charged me 2 extra drinks.....i asked for the manager they told me it could not be undone.Clearly the girl made a mistake and the manager didn't try to solve the matter....poor training and poor management.....you should go to the one in Riverside also in Greenwich ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Its nice and convenient location on route 1 also clean to sit inside.

One of the best McDonald's in the area! Not all franchises are same.. always clean, organized and nice staff members..

Always clean and the food is good.

The 25 Bedford Street location regularly treats the delivery drivers as if we are thieves they interrogate us demanding to see our app and to see the number of the order even though we've given them the number of the order. It doesn't matter how many times you've been in the restaurant they act as if they don't know you the manager is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have written to corporate and spoke with somebody from the franchise I've given them a photo of the manager who regularly is abusive to me and hope the situation is rectified because this is been going on for two years with this guy
