Was staying at the hotel up the block and my husband and I thought this would be a good place for our anniversary dinner. When we arrived the man at the front didn't greet, welcome us, or ask us how many in our party. We had to approach him and ask him for a table for two, he seated us in the back. Water glasses are already on the table and they were completely covered in hard water stains. We tried switching them with the glasses on the table next to us and they were in the same condition. Made it unappealing to use them. We saw a white couple next to us who received bread and butter. I was confused why they got some and we didn't. I ended up asking and the waiter brought us some. I ordered sea bass which came on a cutting board filled with mold. My husband ordered steak that came with too much sauce that made all the fries soggy. It was a disappointing anniversary dinner. The drinks were good and that's about it.
Went there after grandson Soccer Game on Mothers Day! Were pleased to get a reservation for 9ppl. First time and were extremely pleased with service, food. Everything was excellent.(Same owner/partner as Ecco in Trumbull,CT?).

Luganos has happy hour every day from 3-6pm- it is the best! Great selection of wines and food for the happy hour menu. Bartenders Sasha and Tim are the best! We go so often they know us well.
Tender prosciutto de Parma and spicy Coppa, delicious fresh cheese, and perfectly prepared lobster Benedict with sweet meat and creamy Hollandaise that doesn't overwhelm. A great place for brunch.
I had dinner here with a group of friends on one weekday evening. Thank goodness we made a reservation, as the restaurant was packed! Food was very good. The wait staff was wonderful. We stayed for a long time, but we were not rushed out. Parking is very small, but after 6 PM, nearby establishment parking space could be used. Apparently, Lugano offers great branch on weekends - I may need to come back for that.
Literally had every single appetizer they offer, and every single last one was amazing. I'm normally not a fan of Italian cuisine because I feel the food lacks salt. Very impressed with the food, and the service we received. Honestly The best Lobster Ravilioli in Stamford -Hands down!!!
Excellent food. The spicy shrimp and scallops were delicious. A good heat but not over powering.
