It is a pity that there is nothing less than one star. The staff can hardly speak english but can be clearly rude from the get go. Their gelato is tasteless, water down and over priced. Save your money.Don't bother to go.

Mocha latte Perfect end to a great shopping day!

I’ll start with this, rude staff and gelato is okay. The women working was mopping the floors at 6:40 and so upon entering we asked if the store was still open and she replied with yes. As we get our overpriced gelato we go to sit down for 5 minutes because it’ll only take a few spoon fulls to finish, the employee stated we are closed in 5 mins so we have to leave. Google says they close at 7:30 and I understand that it may be wrong, but it was 6:45. Even if they close at 7, I understand, but there’s no reason to be rude about it.

I was here for a classic Italian breakfast(I'm italian), we had cappuccino and coffee and 3 italian pastries that were older than my grandma's shoes. I asked if my mom could use the bathroom. They did not allow her to use it.Is not my first time at this place, very sad that the quality and service went so low.

delicious italian pastry

Great place to kill all cravings for all things dolce, and really good coffee in the area. This is the place.

Strawberry ice cream was great, coconut not so good. I was really disappointed they did not let me use the bathroom and I really needed. ???

The espresso bean and the machine are great, wish it was served in a "tazza." Good european style panni and dessert. Definitely stop in.

Cute gelato place! Was visiting Greenwich for the day and decided to stop by. Although there aren’t a lot of flavors to choose from, the gelato is pretty solid.Flavors they have include:- Mint- Coconut- Salty caramel- Strawberry- Banana- Cherry- plus a few moreI got two scoops of the mint (very good, recommend!) and my bf got the banana and strawberry (also good).Pros:- Fast service- Tasty gelato- Family-owned- Also has other pastries and baked goods (cookies, tarts, etc.)Cons:- Not a ton of flavors, the ones they have are more of the basic/staples- Small shop, not a lot of space inside and does not have a lot of outdoor dining space to sit and enjoy your gelato- A bit pricey for the portion sizeAlthough there don’t seem to be a lot of ice cream/Gelato places to choose from in Greenwich, the gelato from here will hit the spot if you’re strolling through the area on a hot day.

Hazelnut Gelato is the best in tri-state: has smooth texture, intense hazelnut flavor and even ground pieces!
