I was raised on Brooklyn Pizzas.There are a half-dozen pizzerias within a mile radius of my Harrison, NY home that I ordered from over many years and none of them come close to a Brooklyn made pizza like Glendale does.The last pizza I ordered for delivery from a Harrison Pizzeria went into the garbage after eating one slice.Glendale is the BEST for me so far. They deliver, too ?%??
I came to this pizza place last summer because it’s close to my home however i wound up getting into an argument with one of the men behind the counter because i asked for a meat lovers slice and he lied and threw sausage on top of an old plain slice and said it was meat lovers. So I questioned him he got mad and said it was meat lovers with all the meats. When i got home the slice was just as i suspected an old plain slice with old pieces of sausage thrown on top. I called and complained and all i got was an argument. It wasn’t about money i didn’t want my money back, i just wanted to know why he lied and how he could treat customers this way. After that i never went back until today. My son was playing at the field across the street and was hungry. I really did not want to go to glenville pizza but i was in rush and thought maybe they changed, let me give them a second chance everyone deserves a second chance. Well i was wrong, still horrible pizza and the slices were literally bite size. I never seen anything like it and i have pizza twice a week! With all that said i will absolutely NEVER return! If you want good pizza, this is definitely NOT THE SPOT! GO TO BELLA NONA IN BYRAM. It’s 5 minutes further but we’ll worth the extra few minute drive!
The pizza is good. Not great but good. Good for lunch break when you work in the area. Slices to go are a bit small and little more on a soft side then what i like. Place has few tables indoors if you want to eat in but could use an upgrade. Their garlic knots are amazing.
My husband has been raving about this little hometown pizza spot for a few years now. I never tried it until today….OMG IT IS AMAZING! The salad pizza is so tasty and fresh. The staff is so friendly and go out of their way to get to know their customers. Definitely the spot to grab a delicious authentic Italian meal!!!
Loved it. I met Vinny jr last night, the owners son. All good guys. Calabrese Italians. Coldest tap beer I've ever had. Pizza is delicious. Looking forward to getting back there.
Hands down best Sicilian pie. The focaccia pizza reminds me of when I was little. Also the salad slice I eat while waiting.
I've been going here since I was a little kid. I grew up and still live around the corner. It's one of the reason I won't move far haha. It's consistently delicious and I always try to share it with friends from out of town. My favorites and must trys are the Sicilian Slice and fried calzone. Stopped in for a couple slices and, as usual, the pizza ? was great! You can't go wrong with a regular slice, Sicilian or the salad pizza.

Stopped in tonight while visiting from South Carolina. I had the Sicilian slices (we don’t even have this option back home) and they were delicious. The guys working were all talkative and friendly and welcoming. This is a great spot to grab a slice. Always happy to support local small businesses like this one.
