I never write bad reviews but I had the worst experience here tonight…I ordered my food and picked it up…one item was missing all together…I ordered the hamburger which was listed under their taco section so I assumed it was a hamburger meat taco but they sent me 2 burgers…i ordered the beef brisket quesadilla and what was in my Quesadilla looks like Chicharrón…I called the restaurant and told them what happen and the women I spoke to told me that I was wrong and what’s in the quesadilla is beef brisket…I told her it wasn’t and she kept telling me I was wrong..I asked for a refund and she said she would have the owner call…he called me back very quickly but also proceeded to tell me I was wrong…I toldHim that the meat that is in it is a white meat like pork…and he said his pork is shredded…I said It’s Chicharrón that is in my quesadilla and that is not shredded…and he said “so its chicharron and not pork?” Chicharron is pork…he then told me that his Mexican beef brisket is cubed and a white meat…and I told him beef brisket is a red meat…the arguing continued…I never write bad reviews and I normally enjoy their food but the customer service was the worst customer service I have ever experience in my life…I was never offered a new item, not even an apology…just that I was wrong…I attached a photo of the so called “special Mexican white meat beef brisket”
Ordered food and items were missing and pretty much the whole order was messed up along with food being undercooked . After speaking with the “owner” he informed us his “beef brisket” is a white meat and continued to argue instead of taking responsibility. Food was average at best but the customer service was horrendous from both staff and ownership .
This is our go-to Mexican. It’s a small take out joint, and it has the best Mexican food in the area. No fancy restaurant can compare!
Finally found a fantastic Torta! Been looking for one for a while! Will definitely be ordering from them.
If you want tacos and order from anywhere else you’re out of your mind - this plane is absolutely delicious!!
