There were multiple, thick human hairs baked into the cookie I purchased. Totally unsanitary.
Super clean and welcoming! The manager was training multiple people so the service was pretty slow, understandably. But given the good attitude by everyone and good food, I have no complaints!! Love it, will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
We got one custom salad, one from the menu and one kid salad. All were very generous portions. Good and quick service. The restaurant was clean. Plenty of choices and toppings to choose from. Kinda wish there was a smaller size. Even the kid's was big for an adult.

The Best creative delicious salads + more. Made to order with All fresh ingredients. A trip to New England in August led me to go out of my way to visit again just hours Pre winter storm, and it was absolutely worth it. I should've visited again on my way home, I chose a diner instead. Zero Comparison.
I just found two small pieces of broken glass in my salad and I am mortified. I've never had issues with Chopt before now, hence the extra star. Already called and let the store know and the manager was very kind and understanding. Offered an immediate refund and their deepest apologies. Handled it perfectly. No issues with the staff, just the glass pieces – definitely not OK. I'm sure my experience was a rare one (especially considering I've ordered tons of times without issues), but thought I should let other people know *just* in case.
Check the bag! The food is good, but always check your to go bag for contents. If you get dressing on the side, they forget to include it 75% of the time.
The guy who worked 9n Nov 28th at 4 p.m. needs to be reminded he works in food service. He was so sloppy, his tshirt was dirty, he was slamming spoons back to containers like he was in the court. Extremely slow, seemed bothered standing there all day long, and was using the same gloves making salad, giving out receipts and touch cash register. So gross . The salad was touching his dirty tshirt, lost appetite
This review is for the Stamford, CT location. Our first visit to a Chopt. Wasn't impressed. Lots of staff behind the counter and only 2 other customers in the store, but it took forever to even be acknowledged. It seemed like they were all busy doing things unrelated to waiting on customers. Person who finally helped us was constantly distracted by the 'activity' of the other employees in the store - I asked her 3 times about the dressing for one of the bowls, she was confused each time and didn't respond. Finally, at the end - when NO dressing was given - we asked what came with it. She then seemed to realize that she missed the dressing part and asked us what we wanted (which we had told her 3 times already). In fairness, she was polite. It just seemed chaotic in there, supervisor yelling out instructions to the entire staff (which also distracted our person), just an overall atmosphere of disorganization. Chicken soup was tasty but ice cold. Bowl was unremarkable. I know it's tough times right now, and I believe this is a newer location, but lots of improvement needed.
