The last 3 times I have been at this location, it took over 30 mins longer than the expected pick up time to receive my food. I will see other people's food ready for pickup at the same time or 10-20 mins later and my burrito will still not be there. I come here during my lunch break and it is completely unacceptable how long this takes. I eat Chipotle pretty much everyday for lunch and I have also never encountered this before; the longest wait before these last 3 visits were 15 mins. I will not be coming back to this location
Horrible service at this Chipotle at 1233 E Putnam Ave, Riverside, CT. Not only my order was not ready on time, but they also showed the least amount of concern at fulfilling my order. When flagged the cashier was rude to interrupt and inform that the order would be out in the pickup rack when ready. When I didn't see my order 10 mins after the set ETA, I called for the manager, who was cutting salads at that time and was least interested in coming for help or resolving my issue. He eventually came once he finished cutting all the salad and then went inside and got my order. Absolutely horrendous experience here today.
Every time I come to this chipotle I encounter the least polite group of employees I have ever seen. I expect little at chipotle but rude, rushed and plain ignorant staff is More than I care to deal with when I go to get a subpar meal thrown into a way overstuffed wrap. This staff needs to change asap.
This my second time waking into this Chipotle to grab a quick meal for my son and I before his next sports practice. I ordered a burrito bowl with my sons chicken quesadilla. The issue I have is this time I was not given a fork. So now I have two choices: 1) I wait until arrive home 8:45pm (it is currently 6:48pm). Or 2) I drive six miles back to the Chipotle for ONE FORK, which is something no one should have to do when ordering food that require utensils. Food is very good, so I am chalking it up to new trainee.
They don't care about the customers like other locations, it all depends on their moods somedays I get just salad and onions others I get the meat I asked for and salad and onions just go somewhere else if you can.
No consistency in food quality. DUMPED SPICE ON CHICKEN THIS WEEK. Made a daily habit because of mild juicy chicken. Out of no where they jacked up the spice in it so it uneatable. Completely reckless, and selfish.
Never give you the right stuff that suppose to go with your order and under cooked food
Normally we get the carnitas bowl. This day we tried the brisket. It was tasty but a bit dry and overcooked. I will get the carnitas next time.
Not well thought out order pick up system where bags are left on a shelf and everyone can touch all the orders to see if it is theirs. Ours was taken by someone else either mistakenly or deliberately. Went to report to staff and manager was unapologetic, rude. We had to wait another 20+ minutes and even when the replacement order was done, it was left on the counter inside and no one handed it to us until we asked about our order again. Nasty attitude. Corporate customer service is very responsive and responded to our email complaint within two minutes even at 9pm
Very good Restaurant in your Head so kind of Friends Cook and recommended some dishes with different prices Okay very good
