We ordered 2 lattes at our go-to coffee place. After waiting for over 15 minutes, I finally lost it and asked to cancel the order. The young lady behind the counter was not able to give back the refund, so she went to see the manager 3 times. After waiting 10 min for a manager that could not be bothered to come down to see us, we left without coffee and money. After leaving, I now note that my card was charged twice! NEVER AGAIN
