My daughter and I go to this Sweet Frog location often as we live in town. We even continued to go during the height of the pandemic because it’s important to support small businesses. I never once complained when they barricaded their public bathrooms during Covid and didn’t allow anyone to use them. Not even when my daughter had an emergency bathroom situation did I complain. We went over to Whole Foods and figured it out. But tonight I felt not wanted there. Their posted hours for Friday state they are open 9:30pm. This is untrue they are open till 9. We arrived after an evening at the park around 8:40pm (plenty of time right). I was met with “Just so you know we’re closing in a minute”. No “Hi” no “Welcome to Sweet Frog”. I actually turned to the young man and said “I’m sorry?”. Because I was so taken back at the odd greeting I received. It was so cold and rude. I have no issues with a business letting me know it’s almost time to close. I won’t even enter a business super close to closing especially if I don’t believe I will be able to get out in time. From the reviews below this seems to be the norm here now. I have to say the Froyo is always good and always fresh and I’ve never had a problem with their products. It is expensive and they are back to weighing the cups again so just be prepared for at least $10-$12 for two ice creams at minimum.

This store doesn’t not compare to other Sweet Frog establishments. We’ve Gone numerous times only to find few flavors offered nearly and always the same lack luster flavor options. Fix the machines! It’s ashamed this is the only frozen yogurt offered in the area skip the disappointment and go across the street to Ben & Jerry’s or down the road to DQ.

I love Sweet Frog! This location is wonderful and in a great spot. They have a variety of flavors. The toppings are endless. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean and organized as well. This is such a fun place to take the kids and have them make their froyo how they want it!

Closed to brown people but open for white people. There’s a very nice Ben and Jerry’s across the parking lot. Will not step foot in any sweet frog ever again.

People were friendly and I liked how they handled things during covid peak. You will enjoy it

Update your store hours to reflect when you’re actually open

Drove our two teenage son and his friend on Saturday night 9/25/21 to Sweet Frog. The web site says they are open until 9:30pm. The four of us entered the door at 8:59pm where we were promptly meet by a young man, Were Closed! And swiftly shooed us out. I said the web site states 9:30pm. Nope 9! Does no one care about customer service today, or is good help really hard to find?

It is 9-18-2021 the sign says 9:30 close I got here with my daughters at 9:20 they refused US service you need to get a new manager in there disgusting how lazy people are

Portions are smaller than Manchester $8 put some yogurt in the cup man!
