Management was very rude because I explained to him that his worker was doing my sandwich like she didn’t wanna be there I also asked if I can use the bathroom an I was denied
Restaurant was clean and organized. I received a friendly greeting by Staff. Sandwich maker doesn’t put enough meat or vegetables on the sandwich they put the bare minimum. I had to ask for more vegetables ,I’ve never had to do that at any other Subway. I won’t be returning.
I ordered a sub thru the app, with a 15% off coupon code and I noticed on the app that it did not take the the 15 off so I spoke to the owner (or at least the Indian man that is always there) , he said I would have to take it up with corporate! I told him the only reason I ordered the sandwich is because of the coupon (it was my lunch) and he was rude and told me to call corporate. I did not get a receipt so I went back to collect the receipt so I could do the survey on the app and he was rude again. All he had to do is offer a free fountain drink or even apologize for the mix up but because of his carelessness for his customers I am here venting about the horrible experience! Go to any other Subway it has to be better than this one! OR even better go to Jersey Mikes down the street! They have fantastic customer service and alot better food!

Great Sandwiches and service with a smile
My son and I walked into Subway today. There was only one guy working, and it was slammed. He moved quick, but did not skimp on customer service. I was genuinely impressed with how well this one person was able to keep up with the demand. He had a positive attitude, and made a quality product.
