Girl at the drive thru with glasses and curly hair stated "just add more to it, I don't know how anyone drinks that crap" when I asked for my drink to be corrected.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is available but it must have been laid out to the minimum distances allowed by zoning. Careful if you have a big ride. Also the turn in the drive through is tight, so go slow and take care.
More focused on drive through then walk-ins.Order a basic medium black coffee only person in line and waited 15 minutes.I’m all set.

I hate leaving bad reviews when most of the staff are very pleasant. However, one should not have to ask the staff to steam the milk so there is foam on a latte or cappuccino. It was suggested by the staff I order a cappuccino if I want more foam. My nearly $7 cappuccino was gross with zero foam. It was a cup of chocolate water with a little coffee and sugar added. There was literally zero foam, zero taste. Starbuck owes me alot of refunds for subpar coffee drinks.

Very friendly and professional staff even during very busy hours. The last time I was there when they were busy they had an employee with a tablet in the parking lot personally taking orders to make the line go faster and it did. The line started outside of their parking lot and I had my coffee in 5 minutes. The only thing that might be confusing for people is if you aren't from the area you might have a difficult time finding the actual building and parking lot entrance, it's placed somewhat oddly for such a busy place.

There are several Starbucks in Glastonbury. This is the best by far. The others are slow and get orders wrong.
