This lovely farm/ice cream shoppe has a wide variety of delicious homemade ice creams by the scoop and in quarts, as well fresh eggs. I tried the Utterly Delicious, which was the perfect balance of just-enough mint: enough to leave a nice clean feeling in my mouth, but not overpoweringly so. Their scoops are pretty big, so one scoop was enough for me. They have cups and cones; their waffle cone was good! There are picnic tables outside for you to sit and enjoy your ice cream, or you can wander around and look at the cows grazing in the outlying fields. This place is cash only, although the prices are very reasonable - I ordered one scoop in a waffle cone, and that cost me $4.
Robb’s Farm is one of our favorite places in Connecticut! We have been coming here in the summer for the past 4-5 years for their amazing ice cream. The purple calf flavor is our absolute favorite - probably my favorite ice cream ever! The owners are friendly too.
