2 stars - food is great, but reason for 2 stars is this establishment will continuously wait over an hour before cancelling your delivery food order. Won't be ordering delivery from here again and going elsewhere for when we want to eat out. Appreciate the service when we ate in and hope they improve in the future so we can continue supporting great local businesses :-)
As you can see, I started in on my burger before I even took the photo. Plan b never disappoints, burgers are so moist but not greasy and all the toppings are very fresh.

Great Experience! Our hostess, Matty greeted us instantly with a bright warm smile. We instantly felt welcomed to the establishment. Once we were seated, our wonderful server, Dib, took our drink orders and brought them promptly. she checked on us and took our order perfectly! Food was amazing!
There was a Huge tendon in my burger. It was about 4 inches long. I am Absolutely disgusted. This place is usually decent. I won't be back for a long long time. Just grossed out. Yuck!

MUSHROOM ADDICTS GO HERE!!!Went to Plan B for the 1st time. Seated and waited on quick! Food served quick! It was odd we were served their special pickles, Not bread, While we waited. I really liked their Burger menu...can't go wrong. I ordered their, SHROOM BURGER & TRUFFLE FRIES. OMG. SOOO GOOD. WIll go back again. I found out how to make them and since discovered Truffle oil and Truffle powder spice, that I put on everything. Great place to go for burgers. Good time to go, 5 -6 pm. Not to busy at that point. Parking is tight...full parking lot . I will add photos next time.

Food was awful! Waitress was terrible. All around, horrible experience
Edit: After response from the owner, I had contacted over 2 weeks ago. No reply... changing review from 3 to 2 stars.Overall Plan B is mediocre at best in Glastonbury, this doesn't stand true for the one in Simsbury. Take a pass in Glastonbury and make the stretch to go to Simsbury.Food: I got the squealer and my gf got the chicken sandwich. The sandwich was upsetting and horrid, no sauce, overcooked chicken and no pickles...who makes a chicken sandwich without sauce or pickles? It says it comes with sauce but none was on it. The squealer tasted like a burger mixed with a pork chop it wasn't bad at all, cooked how I wanted and was interesting, it was 'good'. As a side I got disco tots, never again. If you want freezer food just go to Walmart and use a gravy sauce pack you'll get the equivalent. The sauce on the tots was bare and disappointing, with a puddle on the bottom that made the bottom tots soggy.Drinks: drinks are good, below average prices so you get a nice bargain on whatever you order.Service: 8 people were at our table celebrating a birthday, the waiter Nick never stopped by to check on us, only when we had called him over. 0 utensils and 0 napkins served until we had to explicitly ask for them. My girlfriend asked for some BBQ for the sandwich and mentioned no sauce, he just shrugged, said sorry and walked away. Worst service I've had in quite a while.
