I like Panera but I don't like going to this one when I do delivery orders. the manager herself was very rude to me. there's a huge sign that says rapid pick up and a small sign typed taped to the wall that explains where to get orders, somewhere ambiguously in the restaurant. the manager said that she would bring the order directly to me but put it on a table and left it there somewhere not near me. she told me that she was frustrated that people kept taking orders from the edge of the counter under the rapid pick up sign before they were ready. she didn't appreciate feedback at all because it looks just like all the other paneras where I pick up the order. panera's food is great but this manager grinds my gears
I got a small Mac & cheese. Went to eat it, COLD. I went back in and they replaced it and threw the other one away. The next one was slightly warm, tasteless and I would never get again. I also was going to get a few baked goods and they were out of the two things I wanted. Not impressed

I am not sure what happen is this place now because the Las time I order online And when my food arrived it was not ready I ordered it with a lot of time and people did not know anything, days later I ordered a broccoli soup and they gave me macarons and cheese

ABSOULUTE hell hole. Ordered are food and some manager looking person told us 40 min. We ordered online and then came back 40 min later. They told us they threw out food Bc it only took 10 min and another person told them we left. Lady there was not having it with us and was swearing up a storm. So disappointing and never again anywhere.
Very pleasant staff. Sparkling clean restroom, wear your masksDelicious hazelnut coffee with maple pecan twist. All for 6 dollars.

Single vegan option - ten vegetables soup - and it isn't any good.
