Very disappointed with this noodles. Noodles has been one of my favorite places for years. I was psyched to see one open in Glastonbury. Unfortunately the food was very poor compared to the other noodles I have visited. I’ve tried it several times hoping I had just got them on a bad day. But it is always the same. The food has not been hot. The tofu is hard and old. The food is dry. Cheap on the sauce. Even the noodles taste like they are a day old My husband has had the same experience with his dishes. Lunch or dinner same experienceAnd the restrooms are filthy! No toilet paper on most visits.On the plus side the food came out fast. The rice crispy treats were tastyIt seems like this noodles is poorly managed
The food was very good but the customer service was terrible. The man who helped me at the front counter was miserable and looked like he hated his job. I've been to a lot of Noodles & Company and the customer service could use some improvement. The food however is consistently good and always hot.
You can only order on line, but we didn't know that until we got there. Otherwise, the food is good.
We got the pad Thai and the spicy Korean beef noodle and it was trash. Trash. If you want Asian food, please go somewhere else. The employees are nice though.
They prepare good tasty meal. They have limited menu options though.
It's a noodles & company, you can expect the food to be good if not great, my only real complaint about this place was they could have cleaned minor issues a little better. Our table had some debris left over from a previous patron.
