Had to repeat my order multiple times because customer service isn’t important enough to say excuseMe and handled what they had to handled instead or messing up our order, then on top of that our Sandwiches are wrong and we are missing items it’s ridiculous I’ve worked in fast food 2 plus years as a manger and to have an employee like that. Highly disappointed
I would give them zero stars if i could, i made an online order, arrived at the drive through and proceeded to sit there behind 8 other cars who have not been served yet for about half an hour, people were hopping the curb to leave due to the idiots in the store not taking any orders, how do you employ people who refuse to do their job?
There was an technical issue going on 5-15-22 at 1220 am. Among with many others in line at the drive through, I got stuck for over an hour with no way to get out and with no notification from the store. It was completely ridiculous. Terrible service.
Says 24 hours. At 3:32 in the morning there are 6 cars in line and after 20 minutes nobody has even answered the drive thru. The phone has been taken off the hook. I went to the drive thru window, to try to get the employees attention and three separate employees looked me in the eye, and walked behind the partition.
Finally my nuggets were hot and fries were hot! Coffee was good not bitter. A nice crew clean place.
Most of the time you will have a good experience here. Getting freshly cooked food is common. However, this McD is known and can be VERY, VERY, busy overwhelming the staff.,
Don't go here unless you like your food cold and your service slow. I've gone to this McDonald's twice and they've made mistakes both times. 40 minutes for my order is absurd
Service was slow, the lines were so bad, 20 minute wait. People were coming in non stop about wrong orders. My order was wrong too like they messed up making a machiatto. Imma prob get food poisoning. But I ain’t waiting for a new one, imma just give them 5 stars cus I KNOW they struggling in there. My stomach gonna be struggling tonight
I went in to the McDonald's in Glastonbury and there was a long line. The lady behind the counter said six employees had called out, and they were doing the best they could to keep up. I've never seen staff move that fast, and more dedicated to their customers. I felt bad for them to be put in such a difficult spot. But they handled it like champs! Well done!
Every time the food be old and dry ??♂️ never was like this before I been coming here for 8 years now very disappointed.
