My family and I were very excited to find out that Enfield was getting a Jersey Mikes. I only had there sandwich a couple of time before at a different location and I was quite impressed. So when I heard one was coming close, it was super exciting.However, the bad experiences I have faced every time we get into the Enfield location is quite disappointing. I completely understood when they first opened that they had new crew and locals were very excited to try something new and there were delays. But every time I have gone there, there has been long wait and quite a show watching the crew make sandwiches. Today, 1-27-22, was the worst to date. There were a mere 6 customers ahead of me and when my turn finally came up, I ordered my regular #5. We waited for at least 15 minutes for our turn to come up. They finally made the sandwich and when I got up to the counter to pay, the system went down. I literally waited there another 20 minutes while the cashier was on a video call with the tech support trying to figure out the issue. During all this wait, the line behind me was obviously getting long. Not once during my long wait was I offered a solution but was told to wait. After waiting a total of 45 minutes, and no one knowing anything and telling me that they can’t do about it, I left my sandwich at the counter and left. There was not a single person there that was in charge to make a wise decision.I’m truly done with the lack of service. Even though I love the #5 sandwich, it is not worth the aggravation TBH!!!
Jersey Mikes!!! They dont play on a good sandwich, staff was awesome, REALLY awesome, great food great attitude, truly fantastic.Great deal too.Got a cold sub but will be back for a hot one
Staff is polite and quick to make sandwiches. They always put just enough toppings.
Took more time for them to make my sandwich than it did for me to travel there. 45 minutes for a hot sandwich, and it came with one slice of bacon and they didn't bother cutting it. Such a shame. Not ever going there on my lunch break again
Every time we order from here it takes forever for the order to be ready. I've tried ordering at different times, not leaving until half hour after it says they order is ready, and it's the same result every time. I'm always waiting at the store minimum 20 min. Sandwich is good but not worth the time. Just don't order from here.Better yet, we did an order through the app at 10:45 am sitting waiting for almost one hour before they tell us they turned off app ordering because they couldn't keep up. So my order wasn't even acknowledged even though I was charged and waiting for nothing.
Everytime I go to get a sub I wait just to get acknowledged at least 5minutes. They will do every online order in front of you and then if your lucky they will ask you what you want. By that time my lunch time is cut by 15minutes. Whats the point of an assembly line if I could order a steak dinner somewhere and get it almost in the time it takes to get a sub from this shop.
