I placed a food order online using the restaurants SLICE app. I ordered a 16" cheese pizza with extra cheese, garlic and peperoni. I also ordered sweet potato fries, 12" chicken parm sub, carrot cake, chocolate cake and 2 liter diet coke. The food is disgusting. The pizza tastes like card board. No flavor at all. No extra cheese on it. If they call that extra cheese they are sadly mistaken. The sweet potato fries were all soggy and not eatable. The only thing that wasn't bad was the 2 liter diet coke. When I complained all the owner said was they are doing their best to make their food great. No refund at all on a $69 order. Avoid this place like the plague.
Worst pizza place in town, by far. Only place open late night and we had a craving, but what a mistake that was. So many pizza choices in town, every single one better. Best item we had was curly fries with cheese and bacon...and they even forgot the bacon. Lol. We learned our lesson.
Pizza was doughy and undercooked also got a cannoli for dessert and found the tip to a piping bag inside a barely filled shell disgraceful food. When I called to tell them they told me to deal with Uber eats and the terrible food wasn’t there problem

These are the onion rings I just received- not even battered properly- just a big greasy mess. This is what I paid over $7 for. Hope the rest of the order is considerably better. Honestly wished I didn't tip when I prepaid.
I ordered a calzone through grubhub and gave a negative review on here. The owner called me to apologize, was really embarrassed that the calzone was not to the shops standards, and called me personally first thing in the morning to offer a replacement. Restaurants make mistakes, but calling back to fix it is definitely something I appreciate.
WhAt can I say about Glastonbury Pizza House besides that this place is DELISH!!! FRESH INGREDIENTS and GREAT SERVICE!! Owner is very Humbled and quick to please to make sure your experience there is the best! Best pizza around if you haven't tried it you MUST!! You won't be disappointed!!
Whoever delivered my pizza could not have gotten here sooner. I ordered at 7:30 yesterday and they arrived at 7:33 Great job ?
The food is awful. Would rate no stars if I could. Ordered calamari and pizza. Threw out calamari after trying a few pieces, disgusting. Pizza soggy, threw that out as well. Waste of money and disappointing. Won’t forget this place so I never order from again.
Food was delicious! Everyone is very friendly and delivery’s have been on time. Best pizza place I’ve ever been to
