Had to wait a long time for service and then there were no donuts available for purchase several hours before closing. No explanation was given, we were just told that there were no donuts. Not sure what was going on. Do they just stop making them several hours before closing on Sundays? Is there a supply chain issue? Who knows. I guess you should probably call before you go. Either that or pick a different location. Unfortunate.

One of the best Dunkin I've visited with Baskin Robbins ice creams as well.

The sandwich I ordered tasted good. But their attention to sanitation was terrible. The girl preparing the sandwich only wore one glove and was touching the food with her bare hand after being at the register.

Good coffee and friendly service. Some more different donuts would habe been fine.

Iced coffee was disgusting waste of money

Short staffed and slow but they do try to help just feel bad for the staff that look overwhelmed while I was there.

One of the few Dunkin locations that has a Baskin Robins. There is always room for ice cream.

Always has good customer service ?

Awesome experience ?

Every single time I order my coffee here it’s made incorrectly. I could order my coffee the same way from six different people and it’ll be six different coffees. The employees at this location genuinely could care less about whether they make it right. But then if you ask them to remake it they give you dirty looks. I’ve come in when it’s completely dead inside, no customers and no line and they still don’t make it right. I’ve put my orders in online and on the sticker where all the ingredients are it’ll be correct but they don’t even bother to read it. It’s at the point where even though this Dunkin’ is just a couple minutes away from me I’d rather drive out further to a different one just because they have better service, and if not that spend more money at Starbucks because they actually care to make it correctly. I get that a lot of these workers are young but coming from someone who spent years in customer service and fast food it literally is not hard whatsoever to make a coffee. ESPECIALLY when it has the directions for what goes in it right on the cup. The only people working here that make it right every time is the young man with long hair and an older woman who works in the morning.
