1st time at this location. No one was in the restaurant. Ordered (2) 7.00 lunch special with chicken and fries. Chicken was over cooked as if it has been cooked already and put back into the fryalator. Fries were Ice Cold. When asked if I could substitute the 2 Sunday's for a blizzard and pay the difference the answer was "We don't do that here"(manager). No customer service at this location.Will not be returning to the Glastonbury location. I will be returning to Manchester location where Dave and staff are customer service driven. They are the Best!
Best Friendly Service!!! Brought my 2 grandkids here after a day out and was immediately greeted by a very friendly gentleman who took his time to listen to the kids order. The girl that served the cones was equally as friendly. Nice to see this in todays world !! Also the cones and dip were very tasty and plentiful We will be back. Stop in and you won’t be disappointed
This DQ is the best I've ever been the customer service from your all around staff is exemplary! Not only did my hottess bring customer service back, the food smacked and the suggestion for the smoothie was perfect, to set off a perfect day. . I highly recommend here, vet recommend . This cake was hard as rocks when we cut into it and it sat out for 30 minutes!!! The icing is awful and messed up so much how could you even sell this to someone! The chocolate center is garbage, almost tasted stale. The Manchester location is by far the best! Take the few extra minutes of travel to save yourself from this disaster!!!

This Dairy Queen is by far the best one in the stateThe milkshake was perfectly prepared and the best double caramel malt milkshape I’ve had from 15 different DQ’s in the stateGrowing up in Fairfield County I was deprived of the grill and chill option of Dairy Queen so now I am pleasantly surprised I can find a town up here in midstate and grab a good burger on the flyThe A1 double stack bacon burger was absolutely fantastic pictures shall follow nice and juicy full of flavor not over bearing with the A1 steak sauce and the bacon was cooked perfectly awesome burgerThe cheese curds also came out of the fire hot as hell served with marinara sauce on the sidethey were fantastic right out of the machine just like you get them at the fair perfectly cookedDianne is available if you choose that option so is delivery and take out
The cone I got this morning was huge. And the girl working at drive thru was so nice. My second time here this month and I’ve gotten good portions and friendly customer service both times!
Hi, I would just like to let you know that Brittany working the drive thru was being very passive aggressive and rude for no reason. When I requested the guy (unknown) to please tell her to work on her customer service Brittany rudely mocked me in the background. I then told him to go get a manager and let the manager know how disrespectful Brittany was behaving, I was just trying to get some food… which the price is high and should be matched with high customer service.
This place is very disappointing. I’m not the type to write reviews but after multiple bad experiences I have to say something. I only ever order fries at Dairy Queen so speaking form that experience I’m very desapoye with the fries. And yes every time I get the fries they’re cold and oversalted. I mean if anything a fry should be hot and if they can’t get it to be hot numerous times there’s a real problem at this location.
I live and work 5 minutes away so this is perfect…Dairy Queen is my absolute favorite out of all fast food…only place where I know my burger was actually grilled…Food and ice cream always on point??
