Ambiance: 1/1Service: -1/1Food: 3/3Total: 3/5The location was nice and the food tasted fresh. However, the reason for the -1 on service was due to the fact that one of the employees behind the counter did an extremely poor job in serving.
I've gone here a few times (usually in the evenings).. this location is slow and has no urgency even when there are long lines. They make your order poorly and give much less portions than other chipotle locations. There was also a customer complaining that they made her orders completely wrong and she had to drive back to the location to have the orders remade. I won't go to this location anymore.
for those who have not been to that place it is very confusing. I was looking for the entrance to be able to enter and I couldn't find it. I found one of the employees and I asked and she ignored me. It took about two minutes to find the entrance to this place.
One time I went they got my order completely wrong and had the wrong meat and everything. But I ordered through the app again and got a quesadilla and it was really good! It was nice and hot and was ready to go when you walk in at the left there is a shelf that has the to go online orders. I think this place is either a hit and miss, but I recommend ordering through the app because I think that’s the best way.
Just ordered lunch and opened my food and found some hair, tried calling the company no one picked up also my order was incorrect
the best chipotle around period. I have been to Wethersfield, Newington, and West Hartford (new britian ave) many times each, and this Glastonbury location is leaps and bounds ahead of the others in consistency and quality.
pathetic customer service from one of the loved food chain stores. The staff is very rude and turns a deaf ear to an y of the customer requests or even refuses to listen. Had a first had experience and. not visiting this location ever again...However the one one a Wethersfield saved the day for us... Appreciate the understanding and help from the Manager and staff....you've won ur self another customer...Hope Chipotle reads these reviews and takes some appropriate steps.
Prob rather go to Moe's, I don't like being hungry after I eat lunch :/
