Normally never have any issues here but wow, last night was a new first and not in a good way. Was at restaurant for over 2 hours. Food was way overcooked, missing meals for 2 of the kids with us, meals on check we didn't order and took 45 minutes to get the check straightened out. We were told missing meals and overcooked meal would be taken off check and they weren't. Then manager shows up to "chat" about what happened with their kitchen staff. Maybe that discussion should happen with your staff after we get our check taken care of instead of trying to figure out why we were missing meals or wrong meals were sent to us. Understand there is staffing shortage but I also have a 17 year old who applied for a job here and never heard back and have heard similiar stories from other teen parents. Hire the teens if you are short staffed, at least they can work the summer and after school.
Great food and service for dining in eating. To go orders and delivery can be better. They tend to forget side items and add asparagus inside the same container, when it should be in a container by itself as it wet. So if you get tacos the tortilla is soggy due to this. Last time I ordered delivery, I did not get my sides of fries and corn on the cob. Was missing my sauce in my tacos and only had 2 tiny pieces of chicken inside. A real disappointment, however, I love this place to dine in. Everything always on point when you dine in, that's why get 4 stars not 2.
It was ok and reason I say just ok was the food taste was good I ordered my steak medium it came rear but tasty and the waitress was maybe new not positive but really slow we had other employees bringing us drinks and our food and as we finished eating she finally came around to ask how things were. Usually when we go theres no issue especially at the Glastonbury location, maybe next time I guess.
We had to wait 35 minutes to be seated even though most of the tables were empty. We were told the reason was the kitchen was backed up. Bar service was very slow and bartender did not know what she had in stock.
Only giving 5 stars because of our waitress. Sunday evening, the lounge was being worked by only 1 waitress. She was waiting tables, puting drinks, tending the bar and making bar drinks, running her own food and cleaning her own tables. And we still recieved good service. She even replaced my mother's wine glass when she saw someone had given a dirty glass.Food was just ok - not enough sauce on burgers but that's not her fault!
I finally found a chili's that get my orders right! Glastonbury Chili's!! Thank you so much. My food was amazing got to me a lil late because of the distance and weather conditions but it was worth the wait. Simply amazing! Thank you
We called ahead to let them know we were coming at 2pm. 7 of us waited at the entrance for 10 minutes without being acknowledged so we left. We went to the 99 and were welcomed and seated immediately.
Rating this place a 5 star for our amazing waitress Ariana not only was everything perfect but she handled her self superb given the Circumstances of the customer dinning in behind my family super rude & was making her job harder than it should be ive worked in customer service for 8 years & managed many restaurants this young lady was the perfect example of how you handle your self & the situation. It spoke volumes about her customer service skills ??. ( little did Ariana knew this was my family’s second time having her as our waitress & she remain exactly who she is very impressed ?).
The takeout curbside sucks they just put anything together and give it to you. i ordered the bacon avacado grilled chicken sandwich the chicken was to big for the bread went to bite it the whole sandwich fell apart bread was soggy chicken could have been cooked to a be tender horrible i always have a bad experience with their takeout and i don't order out offend here it's been a while figure i will give them another chance nope not anymore. Also when add special things to your order and you call in to make sure they ask my name and what is i want to add seems like they just act like they are add it but they really not and i know because when i get my food it not there.
Usually pretty good for a chain but last night wasn't good. Our server was great. He was friendly and came back with drink refills and made sure we were all set. Our food, however, took 45 minutes to come out and was missing a side. The kid who brought out the food didn't have a professional appearance. He was wearing Airpods and his pants were very low when he came to the table. He brought half our order out and no one helped him to bring the other half, which he brought out about five minutes later. One of the meals (burger) was clearly sitting for a while. Definitely an off day.
