Food Was Hot! AND Hooked Up With Tons Of The Best BBQ Sauses! Only Thing I Noticed Is You Can't Get The Cheese Sause In CT. Anyone Know Why??
Ordered large fries and got a small portion inside a large container. This isn’t the first time where we get a half large fries so we decided to post. Instead of where’s the BEEF is where’s the LARGE FRIES.
I have been to many fast food chains and restaurants, but I never tried this Chick-fil-A once. Now, I decided to try it and I am expecting that, hmm, it's like the other restaurants, no significant or unusual things. But to my surprise, when I tried their fries, Wow! It was one of a kind fries. I never seen a fries like that before. The staffs are working with a smile and very friendly. The place is very clean and follow health standards, since it's pandemic. I am definitely recommending this to my friends and family near here. I hope I can go back to this place sooner. I can't wait! Thank you very much for your excellent service.
I didn't know I had a new go too for cheap cones and dishes of ice cream...a family of 6 for about 10 bucks is a win. Other then that..The nuggets are the best thing on the menu..hands down.. ?
I do not frequent fast food restaurants often but I make an exception for Chik-fil-a. I love their chicken strips. I always stop by when I'm in the Glastonbury area.
Exactly what you'd expect from such an iconic brand - great food and impeccable service! Takes a while to get through the line at busy times but it's definitely worth the wait.
The service is always phenomenal but the foods flavor can be hit or sporadically. Don't get me wrong thats my location, but I need consistency across the board.

Very disappointed with the Glastonbury Chick-fil-a. After waiting 20 mins in drive thru, instead of having my food ready, they tell me to go drive around to the front and put my headlights on - which I did. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches so not a complicated order. After 10 minutes, no food. Had to go in. Took awhile for anyone to come over to me. Then when I explained I’m still waiting for my food, they say they have no order like that - as if I’m lying. I had to show them my checking account where I paid for the order. Just no excuse for that, especially their attitude about it. That’s not a way to run a business. You would have thought they’d refund my money for the inconvenience and frustration, instead they gave me two cookies for free ?
Great food, awesome customer service but this locations drive through line can be a bit slower than other locations.
