Very dingy interior like people here are saying. Tables just piled up off to the side.Someone mentioned a smell, and I also noticed that.3 and a half hours before close, about a third of the ice creams were covered already. Until I looked it up just now, I assumed closing was at 7, not 10.Gf ordered a specialty/seasonal thing, and it was made completely differently than advertised.Super disappointing for a carvel.

Should definitely be given zero stars.That Indian guy who works there is extremely rude. He was also touching his mouth and nose repeatedly and never washes hands. He also never wears gloves. Filthy and disgusting place ever. I am very disappointed. I didn't find any single positive point in the store. This place is really like hell. I would recommend everybody to completely avoid this place.
Just okay. I haven't been to a Carvel in years and was disappointed with how dingy and sad the inside looks. I expected more for a Glastonbury center location.Service was fine though the staff don't wear masks until customers come in, which concerns me being that they are working around food.
The lady who made our ice cream didn’t speak English & was very rude and also the place looks dingy and needs to be remodeled this is one of the WORST CARVEL there is and also it needs a new owner because all he was doing was sitting on his computer and he didn’t even greet his customers ..

A sign on the door says you can’t use your cel phones in the parlor. Smells. Bad service.
They advertise store closes at 10 pm. We drove down from Enfield it is 9 pm the store is closed. :-(
