I had multiple issues at this location. First, the doors were locked to the main lobby. The hours on the drive thru window say the lobby closes at 10pm. We got there at 8:30pm. Second, the lady that took our order seemed bothered to be doing so. She wasn’t paying attention to us and we had to repeat our order at least three times. After we repeated ourselves, it seemed like we got attitude in return. Thirds, when we got to the window she had her earbuds in and was talking on the phone. She wasn’t paying attention and didn’t get our order right. She printed the receipt correctly and it says what we wanted, however she gave us the incorrect thing. The only reason they got a star was because the food was fairly fresh. Definitely not a good first impression. Do not go to this location. You will NOT be satisfied.
Can’t beat it for fast food. This location is on top of their game. Food is always fresh and the orders are correct.
Old Mexican woman “Manager”swiped my card twice and double charged me. Told me to come back if it gets charged twice. Well it got charged twice and when I came back she called me a liar to my face.Well since she brushed it off and stole my money here I am sitting and eating my free chicken nuggets, fries and onion rings since she wanted to scam me =] train your employees better, this husk of a woman needs to be fired...The food was barely warm by the way. Do better. It’s not a hard job lol
I went there a couple of weeks ago with my kid. I was given a cheese burger with an obscene amount of mustard. I showed it to the manager and she did not seem to think much of it, but did offer to make me a new one. I did not think much about it again until the next day when my son became ill (he was sick for several days and I was worried enough to take him to the doctor). I contacted burger king.com and they assured me someone would get back to me, NO ONE EVER CALLED ME. For the safety of my family, I will never go there again.
Waited 10 minutes in drive up at 6 pm.....maybe 15....got to window was given order, paid for it..as I was rolling to the exit my wife announced that the fries were cold...very cold....after waiting in line for 15 minutes for cold fries I had no appetite to go in and complain and waste any more of my time....
I am not particularly happy about this.... "Whopper Wednesday" was a 2 dollar special, I used it, the woman/obviously manager got short with me BUT the app generated it perfectly.Since when did customer service take a backseat to a 2 dollar item? TERRIBLE service!Make it up to me.Adding, the manager was so inept at customer service that they should truly hire from within, she was atrocious... FYI Wednesday PM shift, fire her or move her to sweeping the parking lot, what were you thinking giving her a key? Was completely rude and she pulled the awful boss card of pushing responsibility onto an underling.What were you thinking hiring such a fool who had no experience with people?
Employees do a great job with taking and filling orders. Even when shorter on staff. They do better than a certain competitor down the street that has 2 times the employees.
Got the 37¢ Whopper on BK's birthday. I was expecting it to be a bit rushed and sloppy with how busy they were...But it was fresh and fantastic, very fast and friendly too!GREAT JOB, BK!
Took a while to get my food. Lady claimed I didn't pay for it so I handed her my card back. And charged twice for food that was Luke warm at best, not happy and won't return
