Food portions were all over the place. An example being that I was given three asparagus stalks while my friend was given at least ten for the same side. Only some meats were cooked to preference; others were cooked well-done. We asked for a combo dinner & were only given half the combo. Cocktails were overly sweetened. In a town full of wonderful eateries, this is probably the worst place to go.EDIT: I almost forgot; they never asked if we wanted anything more to drink after we got our first round of drinks.
Ice cold chicken tenders. 40 min for a side salad where they didn’t even cut any of the veggies. Impossible burger was burnt to a crisp. French onion soup was mostly bread and cheese with very little broth or soup to it. Broccoli and cheese soup was luke-warm at best. Only good thing was that the waiter was very polite and nice. The rest of the experience was horrible. We didn’t even eat the food. Just sent it back and went home to eat. After all, a bowl of cereal was a step up from the food here.
Went last pm for dinner...Terrible!! Hostess seated us,server came,took order ,brought drinks and then forgot us......salad finally came and was promptly followed by entree which sat on table,getting cold while salad was eaten.....meal itself was bad...tough,tough sirloin tips, brought home to feed to dog. My seafood trio was floating in hot water,it was terrible. Been to 99 many times but not anymore...
Nice place. Waitress was friendly and the food was good. I ordered the All Star Burger. It came out fast and was pretty good. What was interesting was when I got seated I was greeted with a menu and a bowl of popcorn. If I'm ever in the area again I'll stop by. I was happy I went.
I am really disappointed in 99 restaurant. We have been going here for years and never had a problem. Unfortunately, We ordered last night online and got food delivered and my mom got food poisoning. She has been violently sick since last night. She ordered the short ribs and Mac and cheese. Never again.
It's just a comfy place to go sit and eat and have a nice time. The food is good, it is reasonably priced and the servers are always on top of things and are pleasant. They are regularly adding new items to the menu so you will never run out of things to try.My son really likes the fish tacos, the burgers are great and the new Mediterranean and Mexican bowls are really good.
I haven't been to a 99 restaurant in forever... This Crispy Chicken sandwich I had was ok... I wouldn't say I'd get it again mainly because it was too big for the bun and hard to eat. Not that big isn't good. Lol. And the crispy part fell off of chicken... It didn't stay together well. The mashed potatoes weren't my favorite either. The salad was awesome. Loved the asiago cheese on top!!!My friend had a grilled chicken which she said was amazing!!! Sooo I know what I am ordering next time (and, yes, I will go back!!) although they have a huge menu with so many options ... It may be a tough choice!!!The service was awesome and the free popcorn is a bonus.. For me anyway!!! Yum!
Food was amazing but sever Madeline the pregnant one bad customer service was talking as I walked in and proceeded to still have a conversation with the next girl and didn’t say hi and greet me properly would of have a 5 star but that rub me the wrong way no tip for you
Bone in wings very good, fish tacos very good, deep fried cauliflower very good. Also one of the only restaurants to offer Mountain Dew. And the people watching is phenomenal.
I will admit, the scope of my taste is limited. I always get the broiled steak tips. Why? Because they're consistently amazing.
