Other two flavors wings and the keep sending just one flavor even tho I pay more two get two flavors and leave notes so they don’t forget what I want they keep sending the wrong order all the time I order
good stuff but prices went up too much and they reduced the portion sizes at the same time.
‘Twas a late Monday night, after struggling to find an open dining establishment for some time, we landed on Wings Over at around 11:20 p.m. The utter belligerence and lack of respect I was shown as a customer was simply outrageous. After my 2 friends and I placed our orders, we sat for an excruciating 30 minutes before only one of us received our first order, the following orders being delivered in intervals of 10 minutes. Obviously starved, my friends who received their food tore their bags open and began eating while waiting for my food to be made, it was at this point (around 12:00) that the lady working the register had the audacity to utter the words “we’re closed.” Excuse me? We are the ones who have been waiting on you, not the other way around. It’s also important for me to mention that not a single other soul entered the establishment while we were there, granting them no excuses for the long wait. Upon receiving my food, I was hungry and excited; however, when I began to open my meal, my appetite only diminished. I received the saltiest garlic Parmesan wings one could possibly fathom, and one of the wings looked like something I wouldn’t even wish upon my mortal enemy to consume. I made the regrettable decision to order something much more complex and abstract than simply chicken: chicken inside a piece of bread. How this took an hour to prepare is beyond my comprehension, but led me to draw to the only realistic conclusion: some dude was bussin a nut in my ranch back there.
Food is good but the customer service sucks. It’s mainly one female that works at the register that has poor manners. If I was the owner I would not have her working at the register. I’m sure she has caused the business to lose customers.
30 minutes late - zero Customer service skills. Please do a better job to interview you customer facing people. A smile goes a long way.
Love Wings Over ever since I first had it at the Storrs location. Never had a problem with my order, the quality has definitely gotten better since they opened too. Usually eat here once a month-2 months
The Worse first time experience ever
I was hoping for some saucy boneless wings but they were a bit dry. Buffalo chicken burger with waffle fries were good though. We also ordered their new tender sandwich (comes in pair) was delicious. I recommend that you call a head of time to order to avoid the long wait.I will be definitely coming back to try more flavors and I will ask for some more and heavy sauce.
They don’t send the complete order and when I call the restaurant they don’t want to be responsible for the error. server : shanaeTerrible service and terrible flavor. ?
Disappointing. I used to be a big fan of this place for years until they changed up their menu. The portion sizes have gotten substantially smaller and the prices have gotten higher. The quality of the food is also not the same as it used to be. Small portions of fries, wings are not hot and don’t have enough sauce. Just overall very disappointing compared to what this place used to be.
