So good. We were driving through CT and stopped here for dinner what a pleasant surprise. It has a nice atmosphere inside and out. We tried the lollipop lobster tails and they were so good!! I had a salmon with dairy vegetables and it was delicious too. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp. The penne vodka was very good too. The chicken parm was excellent. We will definitely be returning.
The only reason I didn't give The Sinclair 1 star is because the amazing service from Ruth. The staff seemed overwhelmed or under prepared. We were told that once our party arrived, that we'd be seated within 30-40 mins...That quickly turned into and hour, then an hour and a half. We had a party of 9, and for some reason, parties bigger or as big were being seated before our party. So after almost a 2 hour wait and tons of back and forth with the hostesses, we were finally seated. Nightmare night for my wife's bday dinner...
OMG! The food is awesome! Mussel pot, oysters, lasagna, chopped seafood Salas, Peach lemonade. Service is extraordinary. Can't find anything like this in the midwest
Talk about inflation!! The drinks here are almost $20 for an aperol spritz or a "Manmosa" (mimosa with vodka) - Two drinks plus tip will put you back $50 with tax and tip! Extremely overpriced would not recommend
. Menu is very limited. Brunch ends very early. Bring your own chips if you order the guacamole... not enough chips comes with it. Very frustrating.
The service the last several times I've been there has been less than adequate. I've had to ask various servers for attention, other tables that had people sit down after me were waited on before me, in my opinion, the service needs improvement, the food and host were good
The drinks and food were really good but the restaurant was busy and service was slow. Over a 30 minute wait to be seated and about a 30-45 minute wait between appetizers and meal.
The food here is excellent! My wife and I enjoyed our time here! I'd give more than 5 stars if I can.
6 of us went for dinner. We had eaten at this space in the past when it was an Italian restaurant and loved it. It is as good or better now. It is fun with great service, food and drinks. I had the mussels, 2 had the special halibut, one had steak frites, one had a burger and had an entree I don't remember. All were very good except the halibut which was a bit bland. Service from Nora was excellent and drinks, esp. the Negroni and the Sangria, were tasty. Can't wait to go again.
Nice and cozy restaurant. Inside and outside seating. Good for special occasions or just a family dinner, they also have a bar if you are just looking to get a drink with friends. Plenty to choose from on the menu. We tried shrimp and grits, calamari salad and steak frites - all was good. The sauce they serve with fried calamari is delicious. Overall is a good option for a little more than casual dining.
