Rude behavior bad service. Guy refuse to wrap separately
The employee so rude he didn’t even wanna do what I ask him to do I simply ask him to cut the bacon small pieces are in half and put it in the ball he’s like no I would not do that route
Very disappointed about the service. I would rate the place a zero but unfortunately got to select a rating.
It says closing at 9 pm but they actually close at 8 pm
0 in service. This guy refused to service. Became I ask for bacon ? ... no professional, 0 service, this guy don't wanna work, bad attitude.
Today 17/08/21 to 5:00 - 6:00 pm service 0Z E R O, no respect, said they would open in an hour, we closed okok
Being a trucker, I am limited by the places that I can park. I went in and ordered one of your fresh melts, as the person is making it I asked what is the difference between that and a regular tuna Sandwich, his response was the grill marks and the heating. So I just paid a dollar more to have my sandwich given grill marks and heated? I suggest that your employees are trained better at not ripping off people. The four pieces of cheese that are on my foot-long is beyond apalling and raises the question about getting a value for your money. I was Super dissatisfied
Today I stopped to grab a bite to eat around 6pm. I walked in and could not find anyone at the counter to take my order. I asked the store clerk if anyone was around to place an order. He told me to go to the subway counter and yell to the back of the store and someone would help me. I went to the counter and did just that. The sSubway employee came storming out yelling profanities at me telling me I don't need to raise my voice. After being treated like I was not wanted as a customer I got in a brief verbal confrontation with him and left. I decided to eat somewhere else after he threatened to spit in my grinder. I'll never eat at another subway again since they obviously do not care how their employees treat their customers
