Don't waste your time and money at this Starbucks location. The staff are rude and unfriendly and will rip you off if you ask for a drink with less ice or no ice. And when I say "rip off" I mean they will fill your cup half way. Not even 3/4 the way up.I've been to other locations such as Westport downtown and Bridgeport steel point and they don't treat you like this.
Mobile order a drink, thought nothing of it when requested no ice to try out this new drink without being water down. Normally I do less ice. But was absolutely floored when I saw this, wasn't even sure it was mine had to read the label. Brought it up to a employee and was told it was "policy because of no ice" first time for everything I guess. I thought maybe fill it close to the top. Basically paid 3.19 for the biggest size and got half...I guess inflation is hitting starbucks also...
UNSANITARY AND RUDE. I found a BUG in my drink. When I came back and asked the manager for a new drink in a size up to accommodate for the ALIVE bug being in my drink she said she’d have to charge me for that. I said okay and asked to speak to another manager. The original manager went to the other manager and explained what’s going on instead of letting me speak to her myself. The other manager got very loud and said “Make it the same size” and “I’m not worried about that, I’m not worried at alllllll. There’s so many other drinks out there I ain’t worried” excuse me ? Not to mention they didn’t have my order ready for 30 minutes after I ordered. This place is unsanitary and disgusting. Managers are very rude and lack compassion. The manager also refused to provide me corporates number! This is the Starbucks in Fairfield.
This place is amazing because they could make the drinks that you that can make and it’s not menu and the staff are very friendly

We all love Starbucks, but this particular location seems to be out of things a lot. Staff is friendly and quick, but unavailability of things due to whatever reasons is a big downside. They have plenty of room inside to sit down and have ur coffee/tea. If they stop running out of things they can get up to 5 stars for me :)
Over 30 minutes to get a drink. There is a pileup up orders at the counter getting cold that no one ever picks up. Avoid this Starbucks at all costs. The coffee person randomly picks drinks and does the one that they want. Either shut down mobile orders or hire more staff.
I ordered my coffee at 8 and it took almost 40 min to get my coffee. That is insane like I have to go to work. Anton top of that they put the order ready when it’s not .
This Starsbuks is very nice. It's friendly, clean and your wait time isn't long. New technology makes it easier for all. The drinks are very good. I will visit it again.
Line gets a bit long and doesn’t always move, otherwise there’s a decent amount of seating.
