SGK is a HIDDEN GEM! My husband and I are so happy we found this place. It’s a bit off the beaten path in Fairfield, but it’s worth a visit. The servers are attentive and kind and the food is EXCELLENT. It must be tough to open a restaurant during a global pandemic, but SGK is doing everything right. We were so pleased with the service, the decor, and above all, the food. Our dishes were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the ravioli!

The salads are phenomenal!! What attention to detail? We always get takeout and the food is packed so well. No styrofoam (which is outlawed in a lot of places)! I love the dressing on the SGK salad! I'm so glad I found a place that has clean, fresh, washed, delicious salad. And the portion size is exactly what it should be. Way to go SGK?
The kids & I decided to try somewhere new for dinner tonight and went to SGK, Sonia’s Gourmet Kitchen in Fairfield. It was excellent - from the service, the staff, and the food was incredible! Handmade pastas, specialty dishes, charcuterie board, delicious desserts!!! Everything sounded so delicious it was difficult to narrow down our order. This gem is NOT to be missed!!! Give it a try, you’ll love it!!!
Family friendly restaurant, great selection of home pasta, delicious deserts, friendly staff. A great dinning experience. They made me feel like I was at home.
I think it’s the best tomato sauce that I’ve ever had at the restaurant. The meatballs are absolutely delicious. Five stars
I love that this place is close to my house. Consistently good food. The homemade pastas are exceptional! The food is always fresh with good ingredients and flavors. The service and staff are very accommodating and friendly and expedient. The wine has some very good choices. I recommend this place to all my friends.
This is my favorite pizza in town. Thin crust, excellent ingredients, regular toppings for the kids, gourmet toppings for the adults. It can't be beaten.
I have to give a special shout out to Sonia’s Gourmet Kitchen. We tried them for the first time only about 2 months ago and since then have probably ordered once a week, and if I’m being honest sometimes twice.The food is so good. Everything we order has been just so tasty. I love the rigatoni A la vodka and the chicken parm is just ridiculously good. They have really good cauliflower pizza (I don’t understand how it’s cauliflower and still so crispy!) and their fried mozzarella is just the best.But that all aside, the service is second to none. We often order in a big group and we had an item missed this weekend. We finished our meal and had the doorbell ring about 40 mins later with the missing item. I haven’t had any restaurant do that before. THATS HOW YOU GET A CUSTOMER FOR LIFEI look toward to continuing our weekly meal there and thanks for all the great work! Definitely give it a try I think you won’t be disappointed!
This is legitimately the worst meal I have ever had in my life. I don’t understand the good reviews - clearly they are all from staff. The most soggy, watery pasta I have ever had. The noodles were cooked so much they were like baby food. Soggy, bland eggplant parm. Horrible experience.
