Great food and prices. Love the Faijta platters. They do need to add more Vegetarian friendly options. But they do make it at your request.They also removed their Salsa Bar recently. Assuming it was due to CoVID, I am hopeful they will bring it back soon.
What happened to this place? Food is served luke warm, beans tasted old , rice had no flavor except loaded with pepper, quesadillas thrown together. I had to ask for sour cream before I left because they only give you a small dollop of it and you have to pay .50 per small cup. I don’t care about the price it’s the principle. They didn’t include salsa for the chips either, didn’t notice till we got home! The chicken in the quesadilla tasted off too. I usually go to Rio Bravo but wanted to save some money because senor salsa is cheaper but won’t be going back, I’d rather pay more and get fresh, good food than this mess! Gross. Not to mention it looks dirty in there.
today I had a bad experience inside the establishment, for the second time I go with my family and I ask for an extra empty plate so I can share the salad with my daughter, because I have bariatric disease, and the same attendant did not provide me with the correct plate and yes, a bowl to put tacos. I told the attendant that I wanted a dish because I didn't want the salad all overturned, and she didn't provide it to me … anyway I think it generated a complaint due to the dish not provided, I leave here my express disappointment and indignation because I would pay for the empty dish and the attendant didn't care.
Excellent food! The atmosphere is authentic Spanish and the menu is extensive. So try the key lime salad ???
I've been ordering here for years and usually come in once or twice a week. Service has gone down hill. Food has gone down hill. I ordered a saute vegetable burrito (California style) and paid to add shrimp. I recieved a burrito stuffed with rice, beans, lettuce and tomatoes with the shrimp. When I had ordered this last week it came with the sauted peppers, onions, zucchini, carrots and other vegetables. I called to complain because I was pretty upset and I was told to prove it. I sent the photo and the lady tried to tell me she can "see the vegetables...1 piece of corn".Workers make rude comments about customers constantly. Stay away from chili. Sits out for long periods and has made me very sick in the past.
The california Britto was bad it didn't have fresh big veggie inside it was no cheese inside it was all messed up thats ashame how they messed that up like that the only thing was good was the Shrimps
SENIOR-limited to a little bit of- SALSA ?I speak for a lot of my college friends when I say…they used to be THAT go-to place! From UNLIMITED salsa to two TINYYY containers of salsa for a huge quesadilla & chips is unfair. Salsa is in your name…either step up the limit of sauces per order or supply BIGGER free salsa cups! I was willing to overlook the usually lackluster customer service for the great food, but I’m tired of dry, sauce-less mexican food. ??
I'm here once again and after eating 3 chicken tacos with rice and black beans I couldn't be more satisfied. Totally delicious, fresh food. I love this place and will be back again and again. Thank you Senor Salsa!
The chicken chili lime salad is one of my go to's. Since cover I hate the fact that they will only give you two of the condiments (salsa, Pico, etc) per order).
