Good ice cream but a little pricey. Was given a cracked waffle cone that collapsed when handed to me and landed upside down on the counter. Wouldn't give me another one cone but dumped what was left of the ice cream on the counter into a dish and charged me for not only the broken cone but the dish as well.
Saugatuck Sweets is every kid's dream come true. Walls of candy and so many flavors of ice cream to choose from. The owner Al is the sweetest angel too!
Delicious Ice cream but poor customer service. Unwelcoming atmosphere due to the grumpy and aggressive man behind the register serving. As soon as you take a step in you get this strange need to walk out. No smile, no words. Luckily, there is another store in Wesport ! I will not return to Fairfield.
Ice cream was good. Service was terrible. An older man behind the counter (maybe the owner) was more interested in chatting with his pals than tending to customers. He was gruff, apathetic and discourteous. No reason to return
Stale candy. Creepy, unfriendly environment. Employees w/ fear in their eyes as a rude older man coldly directs. We felt unwelcomed.
The family loves coming here for dessert! It's great!

Best ice cream place in Fairfield. The ice cream is so reasonably priced and delicious! The owner was so kind and took the time to have conversations with my little ones which I thought was so sweet :-) . We will be back for sure!
Was going to stop in and get some ice cream, but they had a big sign out front saying they're in favor of kids catching Covid and dying. Pass them by.
