GM provided great customer service, and the food was great! Overall a really good restaurant, will definitely go again!
The staff at Salsa Fresca are amazing! I called with a last minute order to feed 15 hungry kids and they rose to the occasion without hesitation. Eva and the crew were amazing and the kids LOVED the food. Absolutely recommend this restaurant!
Very good place for lunch. Enthusiastic service maybe from owner. Ran through all the options. Gave us a sample of the habanero salsa. Spicy spicy but good. 3 tacos for $10.99 plus chips and salsa and all fresh tasting. I will go back.
Not sure why there are poor reviews. All of our experiences so far hve been great. HUGE burrito, delicious bowls, accurate orders…waaaaay better than Chipotle (especially the one around here) and beats Moe’s, too!
Worst place ever, rude people overall. My boyfriend was one of their most hardest worker, proud at what he did and greated customers the best way possible, super friendly, was very passionate at what he did, and did what he can, even came in whenever they called 2-3 hours earlier than his original scheduled time! Never late, even walked and found ways to make it to work without any excuses! Wrong on so many levels, let go without explanations, wasn't even told by his actual boss, had someone else had to tell him. If you had issues with anything that was being done things should had been addressed before even letting someone go so they can make sure things are done right and satisfied any needs! No hearts whatsoever! Do not ever work here! So disappointed in them!!! So unprofessional.
Don't see how they are cutting burritos like this in half. ?. This is literally the sliders of burritos. Someone call Guinness this might be a record ???.
My family likes it. Good price and I personally like it better than Chipotle. Way superior queso. Free chips with your food is always nice.
I’ve been going to the Salsa Fresca store in West Hartford and loved the place. However I tried the Fairfield one today and was highly disappointed. The portions are more like rations. I ordered 2 chicken bowls and out of both bowls I maybe almost got 1 full bowl. If people are paying $21 for 2 bowls, the portions should meet the portion size of the bowl. Like cmon, even chipotle gives bigger portions than this

This was my first visit and don't see myself going back anytime soon. I placed my order online for curbside pick up, get there call and was told my order was ready for pick up. Guess what, I had to go inside to get it myself. If curbside isn't an option, it should not be on your website. The food was just ok, not much beef added in the nachos that I ordered but plenty of cilantro. Overall just a very underwhelming experience and not what I expected at all.
