The server couldn’t get our order correct. The burrito came out smothered in sauce and was not the item we ordered. The chimichanga, instead of being crisply fried, was soggy and did not come with the rice and beans that we had requested. We will not return.
The place looks nice, but the service is super slow, and that the fact there were only 2 tables occupied and they still took aong time to serviceus, we were about to leave but in the last 2 minutes the server cane. Finally the food came, I was surprised that the portions were large, which I was exited about however when tasting it..... let's just say I was disappointed. So I ordered seafood soup, since its my favorite, the plate again was big but super disappointed again with the taste of it, it felt as the things were not washed well enough, I simply couldn't it it horribletaste, in addition, the usual smell is strong from the seafood but this plate smell super bad, again as it was not washed well enough. Over all, we did not have a pleasant experience, I will not comeback here again, I regret coming here

As a Texan, I can honestly say the only place in the Northeastern U.S. that I have ever eaten legit Mexican food was at Puerto Vallarta in Fairfield, Connecticut. The comida, drinks and service were excellent, and the large margaritas could tranquilize a bull.
Uno de mis comidas favoritas estan en este lugar, los meseros muy amable pero lamentablemente el tiempo de Espera es mucho. Lo siento por los meseros que siempre andan como robots corriendo y es debido al poco personal que también afecta a la calidad del servicio. Estuve como 45 min esperando mi cuenta y no digamos q jamas nos preguntaron si queríamos algo mas. Espero tomen en cuenta cada comentario porq no solo ha sido una vez sino que casi siempre.
I have been coming to this restaurant for three years and each time I enjoy it very much! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is truly delicious! They are insanely generous with their proportions so you can basically feed three people with one plate! Wonderful place all around even the art pieces are super cool.I do not drink alcohol and ordered a virgin piña colada and it was the best I have ever had!
Where do I start with this restaurant. It's a nice place but the service? It's horrible. They start off attentive and it quickly goes downhill from there. They brought appetizers out one by one. They forgot one item that accompanied an appetizer. We had to seek another staff member to let them know what we were missing. It took 20 minutes to get the other item. When the main entrées came out, no one thought to come and clean the table up we were done (so that there was room to place the entrées down) because our server disappeared. The food was okay. The Macho Burrito lacked flavor. The Guacamole, (which was made table side) was very good. Our waiter never came around to ask how everything was. We had someone come pick up the dishes and then the waiter came over to drop off the check. I couldn't tell you what's on the dessert menu (or if they have one) because there was no offering of coffee or desserts, just the check. Very unwelcoming. If the service was on point, it would make up for the subpar food and vice-versa. Was it busy you ask? Here's a picture of my view because it wasn't and there was more than enough staff working. Not planning to come back.
