A nice place, very well maintained, but has a very limited seating area.
As a big fan of bubble tea, I was excited to try pearls n swirls in Fairfield! They have a huge menu of flavors as well as offers more than just bubble tea. They have very yummy looking crepes as well! We tried the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca boba as well as the strawberry lemon green tea with tapioca boba and they were both full of flavor and refreshing! Can’t wait to try something different next time we go!

The place definitely looks really nice, especially the floor with greens on it, I noticed the bubble tea was very small however so I recommend a large size. Also the crepes are lovely.
The boba was just ok; wouldn’t recommend boba if your craving a fix, the juice/tea was ok. I rate it a bit higher than I would because the frozen yogurt is more its strong suit, so go there if you want froyo but other places have better boba.
My kids love their crepes. A bit expensive when you can make them at home but hey what they enjoy, momma tries to reward them with

Delicious crepes and their Bubble Tea is worth the drive. Just be prepared fornthe wait. Still worth it in my opinion.
I love the mango boba and variety of toppings for the froyo, but for the love of god they really need to clean this vent. I bet their crepes are good but we’re too scared to try it because this nasty vent is directly above the crepe-making area which is left uncovered. We’ve been to this place so many times and every time we go, the dirt just seem to accumulate more and more. We’ve asked the staff if they would ever clean it and they just say they will but I don’t think they ever did. Until the vent gets cleaned, I don’t think we’ll ever try their crepes.
