This McDonald's has gotten much better over the years.The drive thru is usually very packed,so I prefer going in.My foods been nice and hot for the most part.
First time and last time. We came to order from the digital menu which I had to clean first by myself because no one was answering to me. So after I cleaned that I had to also clean table because it was disgusting. Everywhere on Floor are covers from the straws and trash. Drinking station was mess, ice everywhere around (hopefully no one will break a leg)French fries under the tablesEverywhere are dirty oily hand printsThe “unticovidglass” at the cashier was dirtyNo one obviously clean at this McThe food what I got with my family was old and French fries weren’t doneCoke was good ?Service wasn’t really helpful eitherAs someone who worked at McDonald’s for years this is terrible.
Expect to wait a minimum of 10 minutes every time.. I travel a decent amount and this has to be the worst mcdonalds in the state of Connecticut or new york
Worst McDonalds in the state. Every time I go there is a problem and their employees are terrible. They never get an order right no matter when I go. There should be a chic-fil-a there instead because their employees actually know what they're doing and this place sucks.
One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, they seem to worry about getting you in and out without getting your order correct. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered unsweet iced tea and gotten to where I What’s going just to find out I got sweet tea. The ice cream machine never works ever ever it never works I don’t know why they even have it still on the menu. The managers in the owner just don’t seem to care such a shame
My kids who are 8 and 11 love their McDonalds of course so they get a treat when we get it. Nice fresh hot food delivered which I like!!!?
First time this location, I gave 1 star because of good look resturant but in customer service less then .5 because 1st (I place n order with kisko) no recipe paper so I don't know what's myorder number 2nd I did dine in and table service, I was alone in resturant who sitting with table number they just shout from their place my order number (vc idk) n put aside cox I don't know that's my order so figure out no table.
Its very very goodlove it..when I go to work I stop by for breakfast ???
Nice. Like all McDonald's, could use additional menus on drive thru line. Older family members complain electronic menu text is too small. Great food, speeded up by actually using the payment AND the pickup windows. Note: NO LEFT TURNS to go North. PLEASE!!
Sat 11/20/21 Problems:1. Guy at the drive thru seemed distracted as I ordered my food and large Coffee, Black with sugar.2. Guy does not put the lid on the coffee completely which spills on me and my front seat, add to that the coffee had milk in it instead of being black.3. The second cup of coffee he brought again had milk in it.4. The third cup of coffee he brought was Black, but had no sugar.This McDonald's is known to be one of the worst in the County, but this guy was not even trying, most of the time female employees work the windows at this location and do a much better job.
