Best Subs around, in my opinion, probably could eat the whole regular but opt for the mini, or I make two meals or split the regular they definitely load up these subs, not like the other guys, bread is delicious and ingredients are always fresh
Although the service was good the place needed cleaning. Food all over the floor behind the counter and the counter also could have been cleaned...so unappealing, don't think I'll be back anytime soon
This location has gone dramatically downhill in the last few months. I have waited, on several occasions, close to an hour for an online pickup that was promised within a 20 minute timeframe. I do not recommend this location currently, which is a shame because they used to be the best.
I can't believe what just happened to me. I just walked in jersey Mike's in FAIRFIELD CT & I have trouble standing for along time. So I'm standing there & there's 7 people in there suppose to be working only 3 were setting up uber orders & the others standing around doing nothing & no custumers. I waiting & they are standing right in front of me talking to each other & acting like im not even THERE! So finally I walked out & no-one said a word! They didn't even care & clearly they could see I was pissed. I CAN'T believe I have to give them a ? because I would give them - 100 ?s I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone! It is the worst service that I have had in over a year! I will never come back here again. The thing is I'm a regular here but I'm having foot & leg problems & I'm sure they could tell if they were paying attention to me!! I will never come back here!!! I'm really upset!!! Not upset actually discussed!!! 3 of them should lose their jobs! Hey if. Jersey Mike's don't care then I hope the keep losing customers & money because they don't care!! This is the worst service you will get, if you like that!!

No matter how simple the sub it’s always wrong. Worthless managers. Worthless employees. This company should be ashamed.
They never get my order right and it’s never ready on time!!! I have a gluten allergy and they gave me regular bread! I go to Jersey Mike’s because they are one of few deli places that has gluten free bread.
I set my pick up time for 12 PM but I left the building with food at 12:50 PM. I think im pretty patient lol
