I got ecoli food poisoning it’s disgustingly unsanitary . I could taste something funny on my Breakfast sandwich patty. It smelled like fences. I freaked out- brought it back and told them I think this is tainted- and they argued and refused to even smell it or take my report. I ended up on the toilet less than an hour later and in bed with cramps and stomach pains the next 2 days. Horrible people . And I mean it horrible.
Had the chicken salad. Great crisp lettuce. Savory chicken. Great buy. Very friendly and efficient staff.
Ordered ahead of using their website, paying by credit card. When I got there, they first told me they never got my order. Then they told me they got it, but my credit card had not been successfully charged. So I had to wait for my food to be made and then pay again. Sure enough, I was double-charged for my food. The store manager can't/won't do anything over the phone, nor will give any way to contact the owner. Dishonest - avoid.
Used to be decent fast food. Now- left out the cheese in a cheese omelette. Grilled cheese sandwich - can't find the cheese in soggy floppy bread. Coffee is awful. Salad often has suspicious wilted pieces. Pick up your game. Always something wrong in every order. Grease level high.
Stopped at Fairfield center location and was very disappointed after reading past review, both cheeseburger and fish sandwiches were mediocre and I would rate it almost 9 On par with McDonald's
The food is made to order and is very good. The prices are fair and although this might be considered a "fast food" restaurant, it is many steps above your traditional fast food restaurant. They also make Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and have a drive thru for convenience.
