Best Chinese food in Fairfield County… by far! The duck is amazing.
Most authentic Sichuan cuisine I have had on the East Coast. Highly recommend Fish in Hot Chilli Pepper Oil. Those feeling a bit more adventurous should try Stirfried Kidney
This is our 2nd visit and called in advance to order the lady boss already know who I was! That's very sweet. The Peking duck was exceptional! The Mongolian was so good that we have to order 2 sets. My baby girl make a mess on the floor and the owner was so kind said is not big deal! This is definitely family friendly! Beautiful and nice ambience! Not only yummy xiao long bao!

The whole Peking duck was delicious, along with all of the other food we ordered. The steamed shrimp dumplings were fresh and flavorful - definitely homemade and not frozen from a bag! The restaurant has a really beautiful ambiance too and super easy parking. I can’t wait to try more items on the menu!
Got takeout. Mediocre food. Good service though. Takeout portions seemed smaller than sit-down would have been. Dry hot pot menu description is misleading; list of included inchredients does not apply to vegetarian options (disappointing).
Been there a couple times, since they’re one of the few places nearby that offer GF stuff. Be careful when getting gluten free recipes. My wife is celiac and they gave her regular gluten soy sauce for the fried rice. We only noticed because the gf fried rice is lighter in color. My wife got sick, and they still charged us for the food even tho she got sick. I guess shouldve made a bigger scene.

Lunar New Year reunion dinner! Friends get together for a big feast. This year we ordered for catering size, the staff is super helpful with our big order and our customized menu. Not much leftover at all because everything is so delicious! This will be our new party love - Catering Sichuan food! Love its aromatic and the heat!
If you want authentic Chinese food in a clean and tastefully decorated environment at reasonable prices, Ginkgo is the place for you. We enjoyed our pork rib soup with noodles in the out door dining area. We also had a spicy vegetable dish and fish. It really brought back memories of our time living in China. Totally worth the drive from New Haven.
