I asked for a clean scraped grille and to squeeze the grease out. This was after they'd just cooked a bunch and it was a mess. No one in the store either, I even pre tipped the staff. They gave me the two patties that looked so gross. I said I asked for a new one and they said "it's good" try it! 12$ burger and $3 soda plus tax and tip. No respect for $20 , they literally handed me trash.
Everyone had stomach issues after eating here. Plus one of the orders was wrong.
Love the food never fail in experience. Great food and service. Enjoyment with the family.
Guy that took my order, never changed his gloves from using the cash reg , to setting up my burger.. they guy behind the grill, took raw meat with his gloves, and the proceeded to take cooked meat with the same dirty gloves onto the dirty bun. He then took my fries, with the dirty gloves, and scooped them into the bag, grabbing additional fries with those same dirty gloves and throwing them in the bag. Nasty
My Family and I had Ordered food from here and we were charged 75.87 I’d ???understand if the food Was Properly done and not cold the Bread was Wet and Mushy for that BLT the bread wasn’t tossed ither the fries were super salty you can taste the extra salt it was put in the grill cheese wasn’t even hot it also was mushy cheese dry not melted. I’ve heard good things about 5 guys I don’t get why how everything was just not good at All I feel so bad my brother had to Waste all that money for nothing Never again will we Oder from here? I wish we can get are money back I Highly doubt that be possible.? ? ps they even forgot to put the Oreos cookies in my milk ? shake ? ??? Bad for Business

Delicious burgers and fries.When ever you are looking for a really good burger Five Guys is the restaurant.
Grabbed lunch here 2 times. Both times burger under cooked, asked for mayo and mustard got ketchup and mustard the first time, 2nd time enough mustard and mayo to use on 6 burgers. Absolutely unacceptable. Learn about moderation!
I ordered Cajun fries well done, had the cashier confirm she heard me because it wasn’t on the ticket. She talked to the fry cook, instead of getting well done fries I got someone else’s leftover fries from earlier, the soggiest most raw fries I have seen out of five guys. This was my final trip to this location.
Food was great but unfortunately , I will not return due to price! 2 burgers one fry and two drinks for $36.00 is just too expensive. It’s just the principle. Not enough bang for the buck.
