July 2021Stopped here for a quick coffee and donut, and service was not the best and the donut was stale, but that seems to be just how donuts at Dunkin are nowadays. Coffee was good, though.
How rude and unprofessional do u have to be, to get mad at doing the bare minimum at the job u work and get payed at. They rlly thought they ate that. The yt girl with the bun attitude isn’t cute, fix it. I payed 6 dollar for a drink, i better get it correct.
On our way back to NJ from Mass, loved this service center.My fav one has to be the white chocolate mocha hot chocolate in Dunkin’ . :)Guy who took our orders tonight is too sweet.
I will report this place to the department of public health there were flies on the donuts and the employees acting crazy when i told him that that happened 12/15/2021 by 9h AM

Great customer service, friendly and very fast.
I hope this is the right one. I stopped at this dunkin on my ride home. 3 hours left with 2 dogs. A young male was working. I never caught his name but I hope he will see this. He was very sweet, kind, friendly with a welcoming smile. Working retail for so long, it's hard to come by people like that. Don't ever let this working go and treat him right. We need more ray of sunshines in the world
We order at least once a week through the mobile app and without fail 50% of our orders are wrong in some way and we don't realize until we are too far away to return. Example: today we ordered two bacon egg and cheese on toasted bagels and got two bagels-not toasted- with cream cheese (which is almost half the price so I'm paying for something I don't even get half the time).Staff needs to pay better attention to orders but they are too busy chatting about their weekend.
The lady working this morning and made my ice mocha latte with almond milk made it the best I've ever had. I can definitely tell she knows what she's doing and if I wasn't passing through I would have her make my ice lattes everyday!
