The lady on counter got immediately stressed that a bus had arrived and set herself in for a bad experience. Name started with T.She had no time for customers, didn't check in with what they ordered. Didn't announce orders when placing them for people to pick up and FORGOT to put through my order. Nearly missed the bus because of it!!P.s Dunkin, your hash browns look nothing like the photo. Size or shape. Might want to scale the size down a little so we don't expect something and get things smaller than the donut bites.
Awful customer service! Grumpy employee that does not know how to serve people. Large Machiatto was only half cup. So many people wanting jobs out there…

No one was at the store despite ever being on and open waited 15 minutes no-one came.
The employee was very rude got mad at us for no reason. Guess she got mad that her sleep got interrupted ?
Great people better serviced than other places
The service was good as expected. There was no wait, just order and go about your business. The food was fresh and the donuts were soft and fluffy. The coffee was hot and fresh like it was just grounded and prepared. I had very pleasant time at this Dunkin location, I will be back.
Niice Place,Good and Fast Customer Service. I Usually get a Milk shake Snickers style! Or even just Donuts:Boston Cream,Glazed Donut or even just Ice Cream Scoops!
Last night at 10:15pm I stopped by this dd to get a coffee on my way back to nyc. When I walked up to the counter, lady gave a look like she was closing the register or something. I was a bit confused and asked her “you are open right!” No answer to that, but she did ask me what I wanted to order with maddd ATTITUDE! Charged me, didn’t even give me my receipt or asked if I wanted it. Seemed and sounded like she didn’t wanna be there. She disappeared to the back for few when other customers came and waited to order and while I was waiting for my order. POOR SERVICE! RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL!
