I had never heard of this restaurant chain until a local from the area recommended it. I was told it was similar to a McDonald's or Burger King, and for fast food, it was really good. So I decided to give it a try, and it was very good and reasonably priced. But I thought it was a step from the establishments above. I got a burger and fries combination with a whoopie pie on the side. I would recommend it.
Fast food but with a much wider variety than most other places. Be careful though, descriptions of many items are incomplete. Food is better than average (chili is thin but has a kick, egg salad is is fresh and tasty, onion rings are addictive). If you order food w/o something on it (l and t, ice in drinks, etc.), make sure they got it right. Food is better than service. We ordered our cokes w/o ice and it took her 3 shots to get it right!!
One of the better Duchesses in the area! Foods always hot and the onion rings are delicious!
Cooked to order. Fresh and delicious. Free soda refills. Everything the national chains are not. A superior fast food experience.

Jazmin is the best employee at duchess ever. We all know Duchess has good food but not great food. However when it comes to accuracy effeciency and overall customer service she is the Epitome of what serving a customer is all about. My, orders are usually complicated and she fulfills them flawlessly. She deserves a wage increase. Kudos to Jacim! I always rate my experience 5 stars when she waits on me. Unlike the others she pays attention, asks questions and I never have to return to the restaurant to correct a mistake. Nice, very nice!
This is hands down the best fastfood. The employees are pleasant and the food is fantastic.
