Ordered a Turkey with bacon grinder with just salt and pepper on it. They put Mayo and cheese all over it. They attempted to scrape it off to no avail and I’m allergic to mayonnaise. Thank you for ruining my lunch today.

I always get the sausage egg and chess with hash and it never disappoint. No wonder why this place is always crowded & busy. You could try to call to place your order ahead but sometimes if they are very busy, they will not pick up the phone.

Always enjoyed the sandwiches here but recently ordered wedges for a party. Ordered two 4ft wedges and they were absolutely perfect. We searched high and low for the perfect Italian combo all over Fairfield and Country Cow’s was the best. Cold cuts are always paper thin and the bread was super fresh. Everyone raved about the sandwiches and they were great to work with!

It is a drive for me to get here. But the drive so worth it. They are something else. Easy 5 stars.

I grew up eating from this deli and it will always be a nostalgic place for me. Since moving it’s been 12 years since I’ve had the country cow and I can honestly say everyday I miss their ham egg and cheese and Reuben sandwhiches and being pregnant doesn’t help because it’s all I want now and nothing compares to the country cow. If you’re living in Ct. take advantage of it and order from this amazing deli! ?

I've been a customer since 2005. Their bacon, egg and cheese used to be the best choice in the area but has been really inconsistent in quality since the start of the pandemic. Most importantly, the cost of the BEC has increased dramatically among with all of their other sandwiches and drinks. I suggest Pine Creek Deli in Fairfield as an alternative for breakfast sandwiches these days.

Great breakfast sandwich but CASH ONLY?? ATM machine inside to charge extra fees.

Gone downhill as of late. BEC is now 5.25 (cash only of course) and honestly for that price you're better off going to Pine Creek Deli and getting a shredder for 6 bucks cash or credit. Also the bacon is often burnt.

Went in to get a bacon egg and cheese. coming from nyc i am still looking for a good bacon egg and cheese. this place makes the best so far. people are great the ambiance is nice and chill. the only thing i did not like is that they do not accept credit cards or any sort of touchless payments. they have an atm that requires you to pay a fee for using.
