Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. It's close to my house so I go pretty frequently out of convenience. However, the quality is absolutely horrendous. Food is generally cold, staff gives extremely small portions where it is almost as if they are told not to give a full scoop of chicken. If I could give this Chipotle less than 1 star I would.

I went there pick up my food. I ordered through ubereat. Staffs wearing we are with trees shirts. Seem likes they are protesting. Great way to tank the company having stuff protest. Associates were telling me if I ordered at next door. She was making faces instead of offering to make another salad. Worst customer service ever.
Rotten lettuce in the salad and tacos - no fajita peppers and onions - asked for 2 orders of chips and NONE came! I've been on the phone trying to get a credit and I can't get any help! Got a recording for Chipotle and when I finally got through to a person she was rude - then she said I had to talk to Door Dash - talk about a RUN AROUND! Unacceptable way to treat customers and the food was a total rip off!!!

Save yourself a trip. When this store isn’t disgusting it’s out of food. It always looks like a bomb I’d going off. The trash overflows onto the utensils they expect you to eat with. The tables and floors are constantly covered in food. I obsessed with Chipotle and now drive all the way to Bridgeport. It’s a more sketchy area but honestly I’ll take my chances for the stress I avoid. I have reported them to the health department for the gross conditions.
Like always, I regret coming back and this was my last time. This time we ordered ahead, got there, and the order still took 15 mins longer than predicted. I get home to eat, the meat was wrong, missing sour cream, super spicy when I ordered mild, additional corn salsa I did not order, and just inedible for me. Wasted a gift card.
I normally come here once a week since its close to school and they make good food. I came here on 3/2/22. I was immediately told at the they are taking online orders only. I drove here, and was told I needed to use my phone to order food, which I didnt have. I asked to talk to the manager, Tabitha arrived, and she wasnt not very helpful. I explained the situation, and said if there was any way I could get a coupon or something after making a decent drive. She didnt help at all, told me they cant do anything. Its just bad customer service all around.
This is the chipotle closest to me and I order from here 2-3 times per month (online ordering) they never fail to screw up my order! I consistently am sending my feedback to corporate but nothing changes.
Food was good, and staff was nice, but only reason i’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the lady handling the food was real skimpy about the portions. Chipotle advertises their bowls to go up to a certain point, and the lady at the food station barely filled the two bowls I got. It was barely halfway filled and this has never been a problem at this location.
