The cashier is very nice but the cook in the back is loud, obnoxious, and condescending. She should stay in the back. She doesn't know how to talk to customers. She comes off bossy and a know it all.
If you need breakfast sandwiches or rolls you need to go to Chavez - very reasonable. There is a smaller selection of pastries,donuts and muffins. Also this location has a large variety of cookies and desserts for pickup.
This location is 100 times better than state street in and out quick clean service

The food is very good. The prices are VERY reasonable especially for breakfast a sandwich that usually cost me 6-7 dollars in other places is roughly just 3 dollars at Chaves bakery. It's a win win deal very good food at roughly half the price.
1 piece of bacon!! ? ?3 month: update.Ordered a ham, egg and cheese and I got a ham and egg… no cheese. Bring it back and they make another ham egg, after saying they have cheese in stock.They’re getting cheesy over there ?

Purchased 2 cakes in September 2021 - tres leche and a chocolate cake. The person helping me was a young man who swore the cakes were fresh just made…. That was NOT true the alleged chocolate cake was not all chocolate but chocolate and vanilla and was like cardboard - threw it out. The tres leche was fine… buyers be beware of the cake display as they must move some cakes around and are selling week old (2 week old) cakes as fresh cakes. I always ordered and purchased cakesbut I do not appreciate the dishonesty of pushing a stale cake off on a loyal customer. Well former loyal customer.
