I happened on to this complex because of the character twirling a sign at the light on my way to post road. So far, coffee, cupcake and lotion testing. Pies look great!! Plan to stop by regularly now.

This place is a true gem! I stop in every day. They have the BEST coffee, treats, little market, and employees ever. It’s just such a cozy atmosphere. I love it so much. I genuinely don’t know what I would do without it. It’s become my home away from home.
5 stars because the guy behind the main counter really cares about his job (refreshing to say the least). His level of effort in terms of customer service was the real deal, let me tell you. I called ahead to make sure they were open so I wouldn't be dragging my 18 month old and husband out in the snow for nothing, and he was the one that answered the phone. From the call to the actual dining experience this place gets A's from me all the way around. Did I just catch them on a good day? Idk but the food A, decor A, customer service A+. We will definitely come back again.

This place has the friendliest staff. Great tea and coffee selections and always served with a smile and nice conversation. Nice place to grab a quick coffee/tea or to sit for a good while and enjoy.
Skip the Nitro Cold Brew, not the real deal.Cool place to pick up oils and such. Live music was a nice touch.Although the woman behind the counter couldn't hear my friend who was wearing a mask and said "we dont wear masks here"... I was put off as she does know what preexisting conditions we have or if its any of her business if we choose to wear a mask. Hoping it was a miscommunication.
Candlewood has an outstanding selection of local goods, ranging from delicious honey to fresh pies from local farms! If you come here definitely order one of the fresh New York bagels, or even a fresh sweet pastry! The coffee is one of the best in town too, my personal favorite is the cinnamon maple latte :) All the staff were very helpful and kind as well!
Best coffee shop in the area! I also love their toasted coconut tea. They have local kombucha on tap, ice cream from CT farms, and local chocolate. Huge windows for beautiful lighting. Such a gem. Family-owned too!
It’s really hard to put into words what this coffee shop has brought to the community. It is a family owned business with not only the best coffee around, but possibly the warmest hearts in town. The actual space is it enormous, and wonderful for all ages— especially kids! They also have a big wall where they display local artist. I highly suggest stopping in for a cuppa coffee, or a place to work with a cuppa coffee. And if your hungry, their food selection is fantastic, as well as the market and specialty oils.
