We had to get a last minute Birthday cake and they handled it well, they spelt a pretty uncommon name right which meant they took notes and it tasted good. Maybe slightly less frosting but I know that’s an American thing. Customer service was great and cake was ready when we picked it up 30 minutes before agreed upon. Also bagels and croissants are good!
Horrible! We ordered 4 sandwiches and waited 20 minutes, while 3 teenage boys ordered sandwiches and got theirs in 5 minutes. Keep in mind that they STOPPED making our sandwiches to help those boys. We got inpatient and told them to hurry up and they said the sandwiches were ready. Keep in mind we ordered 4, they only have us 2, which were half finished. They also messed the order up the order and didn’t even try to make it nice. I won’t ever go to that store again and I hope that you will keep that in mind the next time you go.
very disappointed with the cake. paper thin chocolate frosting. i have had many cakes in my life and this was top three most disappointing.
Bought a cheesecake tonight and specifically asked when it was baked.The girl at the counter said yesterday which I was okay with. This was clearly stale and had been sitting there for quite some time. This used to be a great bakery back in the day. What happened

I used to pay $15 for Apple Lattice Pie since I moved into the town at 2014. Last November the price went up to $16.50. I, of course, accepted it. Now it's been only 3 months but the price again went up to $20.50. I am not happy with it. No more apple pie from here.
The boss treats the employees very poorly and made me quit due to her harsh and rude management!!!Most of the pastries sold at this bakery aren’t made fresh, they are bought and held in boxes in the fridge!!!!! There is mold and dirt inside the bakery and it is very dirty, the health inspector came and even said that it was the dirtiest bakery he has ever stepped into.
I want to like this place, they have variety of baked goods, coffee cakes, cupcakes, croissants, all of it....but it's all just sub-par. Everything basically tastes like slightly sweetened bread, no character at all. People seem to like the sandwiches, so I'll give them a 2nd star for that.
I always buy half a tray of tiramisu ( 5x8) and I always pay $20.00. I called the day before ( Dec. 21, 2021) to order the tiramisu and spiked to the lady and told me that its $20 and $40 for a full tray. So I got there in the morning and waited for a while bec theres only 1 person helping everyone. So when it was my turn I told the lady I have to pick up my order.. and I bought bread pudding as well. So when I have to pay the cashier told me that its $81, ( $70 for the tiramisu and $11 for the pudding )I was so shocked and I told the lady how come it's so expensive...i always buy and i always pay $20 for the same size and the lady from last night told me that its $20. So she ask this older lady and now suddenly it change from $70 to $50. So this tiramisu change to double the price within 12 hour and I asked the lady why it's so expensive and she said that oh the price just went up...that lady was so rude didn't even look at me and gave an explanation. This is so horrible taking advantage of people jacking the price up...will never ever buy to that place again. Oh and the cashier was picking up cookies for the other lady without wearing gloves...maybe I can call dept of health and report.
