Went for dinner on a Friday evening, place was packed outside. Good atmosphere, our waiter was great. The food was not as we expected as the bison burger is heavily seasoned with a spicy season (think taco seasoning but spicier), and was like a frozen patti. Nachos we're ok, I would probably return for a drink and maybe an app if it weren't so far away from where I live. I did like the fact that dogs we're welcomed outside.
My grandma and I went for lunch on a Friday afternoon and had a great experience. We were dining in but ordered food to go as well. Our waiter Mike was so kind and helpful about making sure the timing was perfect on everything! He was really busy running the outside and inside tables too! Thank you Mike! Good food and nice people. Would come back again for sure.
This was my first time at this restaurant in Enfield and I loved it! They were willing to substitute vegetables of my choice for chips which I really appreciated. l had the seasonal Lamb Harissa Burger which was amazing! I think it should stay on the menu for sure! Christine Moschetti was our server and she was wonderful! I would definitely come back.
Local chain restaurant to grab a beer and maybe an appetizer. I've been several times and food is always mediocre and prices are high for the quality. Service is generally good, but at times it can be slow. Best in the summer when the patio is open. They often have live music or bands out there and the area has it's own bar and restrooms. Also a strange note...but for some reason the tap water here tastes terrible. Enfield water in general is not great, but it's barely drinkable here.
Would Give (10) * Atmosphere is like No Other; where it varies from other locations. Server [Mike] Definitely Went Above & Beyond and Set The Bar HIGH! Kitchen Staff Were Just as Great & Efficient. Very Happy Overall; Would Recommended & Return in a Heartbeat. Thanks to ALL Staff For Showing Up and Serving a Great Experience!!
Our server Kylie was a delight, she was very sweet and accommodating, especially with our grandfather who's very hard of hearing. She was quick to help with everything that we needed and worked hard to make sure we had a lovely evening. I hope she's our server when we come back! Our only complaint was the music was a bit loud. The food was delicious!
First time I Went here last night with 3 other people.. it was nice and cozy inside . Seated right away . Waiter came over and took our drink orders and we ordered an app.. came out pretty fast and was good .. we all then ordered dinner they all got steak I ordered the medallions.. our dinners came out all together.. I take a bite of my mashed potatoes (cold) went to take a bite of my medallions (cold) .. sent my meal back everyone else ate there dinner while I waited for another meal .. second meal came ice cold again I returned my meal and did not eat.. manager never came over to apologize or anything.. they did not charge us for my meal however it would of been nice if a manager came to table to find out how my second meal was.. and maybe offered something else or I’m sorry at least.. very disappointed
Have dined in the Avon location..terrific. Tried to do a curbside pickup at Enfield. The app kept asking what temp I wanted my salad, so I called in the order. Asked for 1 changed on two simple orders of Chicken tenders and 2 Arugula salads. Please send ketchup.The stapled closed bag with food costing $51, I got arugula salads missing all ingredients-walnuts in both, 2 orders of Chicken tenders with cold French fries..and no ketchup. The app specially gives you only the options of BBQ sauce OR honey Mustard. Not both. I got both. And, on a take out order..no plasticware or napkins.When restaurants are suffering still..curbside and takes outs carry the message of how good the food is and how well to detail you are on things like providing plastic ware and simple ketchup-this goes a long way.
This place started off really great with amazing food and great service. The last two times I was there it was terrible. The food was lackluster at best and both of our wait staff completely ignored us and gave terrible service. I won't be going back. They only get 2 stars because it used to be good and I hope it comes back.
First time here and my friend and i had an amazing experience! Sat at the bar, Sage and Marco who took car of us were awesome. Drinks were great, service was great, food was great! Definitely recommend Wood-n-tap ?
